Your body is a system of systems. When one system is out of balance; often times, all of them are out of balance. The question is, which system is out of balance?



Your first consultation will begin with assessing your current state of health and vitality, which includes mindset, breathing, what you eat, when you eat, stress levels, sleep and wake cycles, digestion and much more. You will also get a full postural, muscle length tension and joint range of motion assessment. 



Once we have all of the information, Blair will prescribe, teach and coach you through a simple and easy-to-follow program, which is tailored to suit your specific need and lifestyle. 

What to expect:

• Learn to listen to your body to achieve your optimal weight
• Full diet and lifestyle assessment and program specific to you 
• Receive a tailored exercise program that works for you
• Understand the major impact that stress has on your body
• Discover how sleep cycles can dramatically improve your health
• Overcome unwanted symptoms such as acne, irritable bowel, acid reflux, bloating, headache, joint pain and many more by eating the right foods and taking care of yourself

During the initial consultation, Blair will work with you to identify individual needs and address personal obstacles that may be holding you back from living your best.

Holistic Lifestyle Shift



The Shift helps you to take your first step in making constructive changes and modifications, whether your goal is to lose weight, change your body shape, overcome a health challenge or optimise your current lifestyle. Five sessions are recommended.

Blair Hughes is a natural teacher with over 12 years of experience. He has an innate ability to inspire and empower his clients, intuitively guiding them and helping them create health and vitality from the inside out. Blair studied and completed Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle coaching with the Chek Institute, San Diego, and Performance & Results Coaching with the Academy of Wealth and Achievement, Los Angeles. He has practiced yoga and meditation for over 27 years and been teaching yoga for 11 years. 



His greatest passion is to share his journey and move people towards discovering their purpose and unveiling their gifts and talents. Blair’s gentle nature, combined with a commanding presence, creates a powerful and potent space to transform and grow.
